Montana Foot Throttle Location?

I have a question about the location of the foot pedal on the 5740C (and probably the others). It is kind of off to the side. Has anyone here made any kind of modification or extension to locate it in a more comfortable location? I am probably going to do that with mine and wondered if anyone had already come up with something.

Haven't made any mods to my 5740C throttle location and probably won't. It's location isn't bothering me. It shouldn't be too hard though, as somekind of extension could be attached to handle what you're looking to do.

After three hours running time it is OK and doesn't really bother me anymore. The first time I drove one it seemed very awkward compared to the New Holland hydrostatics I had been renting. I will probably just leave it alone.
