Montana model comparable to LS i3030

Hello everyone, I just bought a "blue Montana" (LS i3030) and was trying to determine the equivalvent Montana model. My searches seem to indicate that the 3040 is close, but thought I would come here and consult you folks to find out for sure. Since there is very little LS information on here as of yet, I am looking to take advantage of information already generated from the green ones.

Looking at the LS website that doesnt look like my 3040. Do you have pictures of yours?

I haven't taken any pictures yet, and there probably isn't an identical match in styling to any, but the specs seem to be similar to those of the 3040. This made me think they are at least close to the same tractor, but maybe not.

Your right it does look similar in specs, a little lighter and few less horses. So far how do you like it, looks like a nice machine with some of the same features that made my by mine.

Hello, the Montana equivalent to the LS i3030 is the model R2844. 28 h.p. Mitsubishi 4 cylinder with all the bells and whistles. We have sold lots of em' with zero issues. A very nice machine.

I own a Montana Tractor 4920C. I don't know how the Tractors compare but beware of the service and parts availability. I had no luck with Montanas service. For example the blower went out in the AC unit and after 5 days and numerous phone calls, I was informed that you cannot order just the blower and I would have to order the entire AC unit for over $1000.00. Thats ridiculous. Buy a name brand. Montana give all the startup brands a bad name.

I own a Montana and absolutly have no issues. Every thing I have needed I just contact the closest dealer and they ship direct to me. I have ordered filters, cab glass, seat upgrade.

I think someone gave you wrong info ...
