Montana Parts

Does anyone know of anybody who is large scale into selling large scale mail-order Montana parts. I've noticed some of the other brands have some guys who are real aggressive on the parts and sell like filters quite aggressively priced. Specifically, I've seen this in Kioti's.

I would like to know if anyone knows of the same thing being available in Montana.

It appears that Montana is supporting their dealers. I called Montana corporate this morning to ask about a grill guard and they pointed me toward my local dealer.

Can't really fault them but mail order would be cheaper.

I can tell you beyond the shaddow of a doubt that Montana supports their dealers. They will not sell you anything at all from the factory. I have been to the factory in springdale a few times. I bought the adapter to my FEL so that I could use Quick disconnect buckets, forks, etc. The factory gave me the part number for it. I then went to a dealership near the factory had them order it and I paid them for it. I then went back to the factory to pick it up. When I got my good manual for my tractor I called that same dealer. They ordered it from the factory and had the factory ship it to me but I had to pay the dealership.

i bought a digital version of the shop manual for my 4344. it cost $50 and it doesn't seem to have the bad korean-english translation that the owner's manual has.

it is not perfect but at least it readable.

I have tried to get the digital version but could not find anyone that could order it


There is a shop manual out for my 4940C basically the way that I got it was to call montana and ask for the part number told them my dealer could not find the number ( a true statement by the way) they gave me the part number then I ordered it from a dealer.

This is not the manual that came with the tractor but a seperate shop manual. It still is not the best thing I have ever seen but it is a lot better

I dont remember to be honest. I am fairly certain under 50.00 but I really dont know the exact cost. If I can remember I will look up the number for the manual and post it this weekend. I had a shop manual for my old Massey 65 and the montana manual is not even close to that one for completeness but the montana manual is better than the one that came with the tractor.
