Backhoe More Loose Sub-Frame Bolts LB1914 Backhoe

This is just to mention again that folks should check and re-check their sub-frame bolts. I have about two hours into my new KB2364 hoe on my LB1914. After reading TBN, I decided to check the bolts and sure enough, some were pretty loose. I intend to Loctite and impact wrench them into place very soon.

I hate to ask this but what bolts are people finding loose? I have been checking my bolts over the last 80+ hours and not seen one loosen up yet. I just want to make sure I am not missing something when I am checking the bolts as my BH has stayed on my tractor so far all but about 1.5 of my operating hours.

My bolts would work loose where the backhoe and subframe come together and the bars that angle down from the backhoe to the subframe.

I checked mine the other day and there were two that I got little movement on, but there was no evidence that anything was moving that shouldn't have been. I have about 50 - 60 hours on my backhoe so far.

Here is a pic of my BH as it was being readied for installation. Note the red circles around the support arms which is where they loosen, causing the backhoe to have a lot flex as one is digging.

Well, I saw the thread and checked the bolts on my KB2365 and found none loose /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif. I'd guess-ti-mate I have about 100 hrs. on the BH.
