More Q,s about zero turn??

I'm still in the zero turn mower market and still considering the cub cadet m60 tank commercial mower with the 29hp liquid cooled engine. Although these mowers are not known for their stability on sloped ground, even with the extra aggressive tires on this particular mower it still slips & slides! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Has anyone tried filling these tires or adding more weight? If so, Does it make the front too light for going uphill? What are some suggestions?? Should I consider a different mower all together?? Thanks!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I can't speak for the Cub but many of have found the Country Clipper to be one of the most stable out there on hills. Do a search in the forum for "Country Clipper"

Well filling the tires won't make it light in the front , so that wouldn't affect its up hill stability...

So you must be talking about additional weight in the back adding to what is already there... I have the LESCO model of this same mower (M60)you are talking about ,these are assembled side by side in the same plant.

With it having the liquid cooling it probably has additional weight compared to the air-cooled model to start with.

The issue of slipping on slopes(mainly the uphill side tire)in my opinion is in the nature of the beast . I would think loading the tires would do more to help alleviate this than anything else... except maybe wheel weights /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
