Mowing Mott/Alamo 8 foot industrial flail mower recommendation

I am not sure if this belongs here but I am excited about it. I have to tell you guys, I just bought a 8' flail from a state auction, replaced all the teeth (88 of them) spent about $144 to correct all the issues/springs/etc and this thing cuts like butter. I was mowing 4 foot plus weeds over 10 acres this morning and it cut great (in about 2 hours before church) I would recommend a flail to anyone that is looking for a mower that will cut anything and cut in one pass to make it look like a lawn.

Flails are great. They are finally becoming more popular and really work well for many folks who need both a finish and rough mower but are willing to accept just a tad less finish quality. Safer than rotarys too. It is also nice not having a big "tail" hanging off the back of your tractor and being able to store the mower in the same size space as a tiller.

I run a six foot flail (Caroni TM1900) on my DK40se. I'd think probably a 30 and definitely a 35 hp machine could also run the same mower.

I put the medium duty hammers on this Mott, forged not stamped, and it cuts everything from grass to 2in sticks I accidentaly run over and grinds them up. I do not think I would trade this for anyother type of mower for my needs. I have noticed they do not throw dirt and grass on you and the tractor like a RC will.
