mounting lift cylinder to 59" blower lift arms

so as some of you may no i have a 59" blower i picked up for my 755, i have started to assemble all my pieces and have noticed that the area where the lift cylinder should mount up to on the lift arms has been damaged and rewelded as shown in the pic.

Anyone have any ideas where i can mount my lift cylinder or have a picture of what its supposed to look like?
