Mike,

That had me spewing my coffee this morning. MOST Execllent! :D

We found out that we had a second mouse and it refused to jump in the toilet.... So I got some sticky mouse traps on Friday and set them up. We caught a second mouse. Hopefully the last. The wifey was most upset since she discovered that the mouse had been in the hall closet and pooped all over the clean towels and sheets. She has two solid days of washing.... Momma is not happy....

I had a problem after we caught the mouse in the sticky trap. What to do with it? Mickey was still alive and I needed to stop him from suffering. What to do...

Fill up bucket of water and toss him in....

The answer was to get a plastic bag and put Mickey and the trap inside. Then put the bag in the freezer.

Worked like a charm. My mom says she is not eating anything out of our freezer again. :D

What got me in trouble with momma was not Mickey in the freezer. The kids bugged me for hours to see the frozen Mickey. When the wifey heard I was going to show off the frozen mousey she grabbed a cell phone and headed for the back door. :) Now she is a farm girl for goodness sakes! She has a degree in Biology and worked in a hospital. Being Squimish is just not her.... And it was like a red cape in front of a bull....

I showed the Frozen Mickey to the kids who thought it was great. They, well maybe it was me, thought it would be good to show it to mom. :D So off we went. There was a great deal of screaming, yelling and general chaos. Mom went out the back door with kids in pursuit. Mom headed for the front door. I, who still had the mouse, headed toward the front door as well. :) Eventually we found mom hiding behind the truck and which point she made it clear that the game was over...:D:)

Can't believe the kids made me do it.... :D

Mickey is still in the freezer waiting to go to the dump.

Later,
Dan

If I see Mickey's crap, I set a Victor trap, lure him in with crumbs of bread, and crush his little head.

That little clip was sent to me from the old junkster and it just sorta fit in with this thread. Glad it made your day.

My GF's older son raised snakes for years, so having "Mick-sicles" in the freezer was a normal thing.

Dan, you're a curel & unusual man for taunting the poor wife like that. Congratulations for taking FULL advantage of the situation! :D
