Has anyone ever moved the loader valve to the fender like in the L grand models? I have an L3200 I have been considering moving. I can get the plastic piece that houses the valve and makes it look factory if I order one from a 3240.

Been here for a while, viewed every post I see about the L series L2800/34/32/38/33/3901 and don't recall one being moved. Why are you wanting to do this? ...more comfort? I would say that it would be easier to modify the handle to make it longer to reach closer to the fender.

I went the other way and cut my FEL handle down 8" to be able to get on and off the left side.

{edit} I don't think it would bolt right up like a Grand L

Comfort and the stock valve is sloppy. I'm in the process of building a 3rd function kit and I bought the joystick with the buttons from John deere and it seems to be more setup for a fender type loader valve although a couple bends will make it work fine with the existing setup.

Seems to me that making the handle longer might make it easier to reach, but the throw from lock-to-lock would increase dramatically also especially if it's a little sloppy already as you wrote.
The JD handle is very ergonomic (I have one also) but its better suited next to you down low rather that up and out in front as you found out. It might be easier/cheaper to get a different handle that's better suited for your machine.

The believe the fender is the same because I ordered my right side handle for an L3240 because they didn't offer a handle for the L3200 but it had the holes with stickers over them

Prince makes a loader valve with the power beyond port for around 200. I may look into a little more and see how feasible it may be.

Cool, looking forward to see how it works out.

I hear ya about the sloppy valve... it mush have taken extra kubota engineering to put that feature in!!! (like the jerky hitch "feature", that cost an extra $5 over the smooth grand L valve) Love my L2800...

It's not even that the valve is sloppy it's all the linkage that operates the valve. I have 35 hours on my tractor now and that is about the only thing I don't like. Well that and no right side handle but that was an easy fix
