The car is just the body.

Once I waked off a chunk of the c channel/fork extensions and used that instead of the angle iron, things worked better.

I have thought about making extensions to use with my forks for the same purpose. After lifting the car body do you think your 7753 could lift and move that car if it had the engine and wheels?

No, the bolt holding the back of the extensions tight against the forks is key. Without it the slight deflection at the tip car would slid off. Just makes it now. It will pivot on front wheels, if I prop the door open I can stop that.

I can see what your explaining in the photo. I did not think it would but just being hopeful in asking. Your 7753 looks good for its age. It has fewer scratches than my 7753 and looks like it's been shedded most of it's life.

Thanks, when it gets used it get used hard. Went looking at new/used while back and didn't like what I was seeing. Mine has the hand controls and I have to have them. Newer units are electric over hydraulic and i am not a fan. Not to mention the emission control issues on them. So, 3 years ago i decided I would go through this one. Recently, pulled a part all the control linkages. I have replaced every hose in the unit. List goes on. Really like it. Sometimes the engine is a little under powered, but has not been a show stopper. Only unit I have looked at that i would consider replacing it with is cat's with pilot controls. However, not sure on the Mitsubishi engine. Do you have the BOSS display?

It does have the BOSS system. Back when I bought it the bobcat dealership was selling it for one of their employees. They told me the dealer's shop had just replaced the computer and gone through both drive motors. With 3100 hrs it has been a good machine so far.
