Does anyone know an alternate source for mower blades? I have the 60" finish mower (3 blades) for a PT425.
Thanks,

I don't know where he got them, but when I bought my 425, Rich gave me a spare set of blades that he'd purchased locally. If you'll take one off and carefully measure them, including the size and number of holes, I'm sure you can find some.tlb said:Does anyone know an alternate source for mower blades? Are these the same as the ones used on the 48" mower too?kmaz said:Hey tim, Mowpart.com has them. Their oregon brand part# 90-125...just under $5 a blade, exact replacements.

Id have to say no, Just because the measurments dont add up. Do you have the original blades? If so check them for a part #. Chances are their made by oregon. My blades had the part# right on them and I just typed the part# in at mowpart.com. Basically just plain old thin gauge generic blades but they cut well , and are cheap. If you just look under universal blades you should be able to find the appropriate size (length and width) with the correct center hole of 3/8" (at least on mine) I would however stick with a blade on the thinner side so as not to put undo stress on the spindles.KMA said:Are these the same as the ones used on the 48" mower too?![]()
