Mid-Mount Mower mower deck for 1025r to 2025r

Was wondering if the drive over mower deck from a 1025r can be used under the 2025r without too much fuss. I know the linkage stuff may be different but can anyone explain?
the autoconnect hasn't worked very well for me anyway, usually have to get off the tractor and fumble around around to get everything lined up and connected.
