MT 125 Leaking from Front Axle

I'm very careful and don't beat on my machine. The rim breaking was the result of failed welds. The loose drain plug for the front axle was not tightened at the factory. I checked about every other bolt but missed that one. Also, the pin that holds the pedals happen with about 10 hours on the machine. The seat ripped in the corner not sure how that is my fault. I think that LS machines are made very well and overall are excellent but I suspect there is a reason why these machines are priced well below a Kabuta.
