MT 372 battery type?

My Mitsubishi MT372 needs a new battery. Does anyone know of the specs for this battery or a good source? I'm sure Sears etc. have them, but they can only look it up by model and Mitsubishi tractor is not listed!

Being an older tractor, you will likely not find an identical 'match' in any listing. Batteries have changed too much since 1983 etc. Anyhow, just take the old battery into Sears or TSC and find a similar size, post and CCA battery. Most important is the size of the case - these little tractors need a narrow battery to clear the hood.

Greg - I have the original batteries (dry charged) in stock or you can go to the local auto parts store and by a 22NF battery. It is a little taller than the original but works very well. Use a heavy rubber tie down strap instead of the battery holddown. We have parts and service for your tractor here in Roanoke. Call 1-800-609-5110. Bill

Thanks much- that's just what I needed. The old battery was marked 322NF which I couldn't find listed anywhere. I found a 22NF at the local TSC. I will keep your number should I need any Mitsubishi parts!
Is a front plastic grill available?
