MT160D-3 point replacement parts

My "Mighty Mit" has been missing one of the safety checks(the turnbuckle that keeps the lower lift arm and implement from swinging into the tire) since I acquired it. Where can I get one, or where is a good source for a used one. Possibly also a cross reference piece from another brand tractor. The case 234 uses a check chain instead of turnbuckles, so that won't work. I want to get the original part, because nothing I've tried holds the equipment centered like the original hardware. Thanks in advance.

I had the same problem 2 weeks ago,found a match with a case but the pieces added up two $200.I made my own out off 2 long 1/2 " nuts from home hardwear they are appox 1 1/2" long each,welded them together,two 1/2" bolts with heads cut off,couple links off chain and some plate I bent and drilled holes in ,they look almost stock,excect you have to remove the quick pin to adjust.Once they are set to lengh there is no need to adjust anymore.I just bought a mt160 with 600hrs on it and love it,but would like to build a pto driven leaf blower for the back,I'd post some pic's of this jem but haven't figured out how yet.

what was the case tractor model if you don't mind sharing? I have a local guy that parts Case-IH tractors but won't touch the japanese tractors(although a lot of his case are built by them LOL)

The case dealer pulled a parts breakdown of a 255,looks the same but size I don't know,thread sizes are the same Part #'s are 1273158c1,1273159c1
1962406c1,525-5105 ,hope this helps.The one I made has held up good for some deep gradeing.
