MT225S Snow Blower ??

Does anyone know about a new front mounted snow blower for the MT225S ? Beneficial or should I go with a 3 pt. PTO type ??

The LS snowblower will cost a bit more, but it is specifically built for your tractor. With that in mind, if you ever wanted to sell it, you are limited to only someone with a 225S.

The rear 3 point type can go on essentially any tractor with a 3 pt and PTO.

The front blowers are easier to use vs. having to look/turn backwards. In my personal opinion, I would never get a rear facing blower, but I have back and neck issues that cause a lot of pain to turn around like that.

I don't think there is any big difference in performance, but I could be wrong.

I vote for the front mount LS snowblower.

Front mount blower would definitely easier to operate .
I have rear 3 point blower because I didn’t want to remove the front end loader, I use the front loader a lot for moving snow.

Inverted 3 point snow blower.....Thats a snow blower that is turned around that mounts to the 3 point and you pull it. Would fit on any tractor and easier on the neck. There is couple different manufactures that build them.

Front mount snow blower has advantages too. An LS front mount blower would cost a little more, tie up the front end and would be specific for that tractor.

I was looking at snow blowers earlier this season and was wondering the same. Couldn't do a snow blower this year ''$'', but I am leaning towards a 3pt mounted inverted snow blower and leaving the loader on the front so I could still switch from blade to bucket if needed for different snow removal situations.
