My local Branson dealer is great. He is new to Branson being a dealer for about a year so he isn't familiar with my 'old' 2003 4520. When I asked him about the power steering tank failures he knew it was a possible issue but never sold a tractor with the tank so didn't have all the details. I'd noticed that DAVESTRACTOR posts good info, and often, so I called them to ask about that and a few other things. The NICEST people, I told them right away that I was in WI and not one of their customers, didn't matter, the service manager came right to the phone and told me everything he felt I should know about my tractor and answered all my questions. Offered to send me the bulletin about changing from a tank to no tank and gave me all of -I'm sure hard earned- pointers on how to do it correctly. He said he was a bit busy and it might be a little while before he could email me the info, it arrived in less than an hour. Dave, Congrats, you run a great business. Thank your service manager for all the help. I'm sure he saved me some down time.
