I have a 4200 w/FEL (also this has a SCV). Just purchased a 3 pt. mounted snow blower w/hydraulic shoot (only has one cylinder on it now). Question, is it possible to hook up both the fel and the blower and operate them at the same time. Remember I only have a SCV at the mid point of the tractor. Can I add a valve for the rear of the tractor to operate the blower?

Sure, you can add another valve...Technically you already have it-but there is no lever or plumbing for it. JD sells a 3rd SCV kit for about $250 that adds the lever to the right hand fender and plumbing to the rear of the machine. The part number is BM19694

It provides 2 outlets that equals 1 circuit. If you want more, then it will be a home brewed setup, that will end up costing about $500 to do. Most people find that chute rotation is all they need, so you only need the one circuit.
But to better answer your other question:
No. Not without some sort of diverter valve to switch between the two. Prices will range from about $75 for a manual one, to about $150 for a electric one-then add in all the fittings, hoses, coupler and you will be at $300 to $400 or so.
NOTHING about hydraulics is cheap except for my advice
