Price Check My 1538 HST backhoe deal

Well I'm hoping its was a deal. 124 Hrs as a dealers rental/Demo but sold as new. Covered with the 7 year warranty. MSRP build price was $38520 and I paid basically half price for it.
Needing some trees cleared and grading on our new property, spent almost $800 to a guy to start with a mini-excavator, and i have cleared as much as he did in 10 hours.
Very pleased with it.

Sounds like a good deal to me. With only 124 hrs, you basically saved doing all those annoying first oil changes etc. and it's just now getting broken in a little.
