Mowing my 520H went dead

I've been running my 520h without any problems after mowing I decided to give my battery a boast. once i finished I tried to start my mower all I got was nothing. i checked my mower deck engage level it was in the off position and even decided to jump my battery and that didn't work either. if i turn my key to lights (one click) i get an oil blinking light and my volt also shows volts when I turn the key to start the oil light goes out and my volts go negative. not sure if it something simple as to why it would just stop any help would be great I'm pretty much a novice

First check for loose wires. Both pos and neg. Battery terminals and ground connections plus starter wires. Then if they are ok load test the battery after making sure it is fully charged.

If you have a volt meter check the voltage at the battery post. Then have someone turn the key to the start position. Does the voltage drop to zero or near zero? If so your battery is bad. If the battery checks good, disconnect the small wire on the starter solenoid, hook the positive wire on the volt meter to the wire and the other volt meter wire, (negative) lead to ground. Turn the switch to start and read the voltage is it close to or above 12 volts.

Check the fuses. Is one blown?
