Yeah, it even says it was created in Photoshop CS. See attachment for properties.

There are a lot of things you do in PhotoShop besides modifying the photo's image(cropping, resizing, color correction, etc.). In the case of this photo, I'd bet all they did was add the sun flares on the left front fender. I don't know for sure, of course, but the photo may even have been darkened to make it look like a little more ominous.

If it was my photo, I'd have added a couple of rocket launchers and a 20 mm cannon somewhere.
