Hey guys I am not quite new here just a first time poster, I am a member of a few other forums as well but I figured I would post my Tractor. I brought a new Bobcat CT225 Novmeber 2010. I brought it for my landscaping business with its main purpose to load salt in the Winter but I also use it alot in the summer for odd jobs. I also built a wieght box and filled 3/4 with concrete

You mentioned you are in the landscaping business...

Why not get a box blade? For weight and box blading.

Watching the dirt digging video, about ten seconds from the end - a little surprise there! You did the right thing by dropping the bucket quickly. Do you have ballast in the tires?

thanks my dad built it I like it because I still can store chains and such in it

I want to get one just haven't had much use for one yet, that and a brush hog are the 2 biggest attachments I want to get

haha yeah that was a little after I got it my dad was running it so i could make a video. they uneven terrain is what caused that too.
no tires are not filled-i was originally going to just fill them then i decided on the weight box, but i still might fill them.

Check your owner's manual, it recommends filled tires plus 880# weight box on the 3 point.
I have a 68" smooth bucket & a 60" tooth bucket and when I fill either one with heavy clay it gets a little scary lifting very high on any type of side slope. That is with filled tires and 800+ lbs. of counter weight. I'm on R1 tires so not quite as much fluid as R4s, and rear wheels have 1 more adjustemt to get to max width, but for now I need to leave them whare they are to fit a couple applications I'm in.

Yeah I think I will fill them in spring, what did you do to adjust width of the tires?

I have the R1 Ag tires which have adjustable with settings. The R4 GP tires do not have any width adjustment.
