Hi I am new here i am only 17 and i have a international 3514 back hoe and I think it has a problem. One day i was using it in the winter after i let it warm up for a little bit and everything was moving but the one arm that connects to the bucket. The next day i go to look at it and i see fluid running down it. I'm mot sure but i googled it and I think it might be the rod seal. I was wondering what the problem was and what i would have to do to fix it and how much and if i should take it to a shop and how much it would be. How would i take the cylinder off???? Also the pic with the rod with rust spots what should be done to that????
