My Kubota backhoe attachmenthas stopped moving from side to side

My Kubota B20, 1991 has a backhoe attachment. The side to side swing movement, only, has stopped working. The backhoe is equipped with a side limitation switch (if I'm pronouncing that right). previous to the problem I replaces all the hydraulic FLUID. Shortly after that the problem started to develop.
Can anyone shed some light on this? Appreciate it.

Does your BH valve have a solenoid connection on it anywhere, especially in the swing circuit?

If the voltage from the limiting switch goes to the solenoid, then is is a protection device to limit swing, and if it fails, then that circuit may not work, and inhibit any swing.

Can you show a good picture of the BH valve?
