My mahindra 3616 cab tractor -when I try to start it goes to full throttle

My mahindra 3616 cab tractor -when I try to start it goes to full throttle and does not change even if you move the throttle position.
I quickly shut it off and let it sit. Then tried again the same thing happened.
Can anyone tell me what I should look for?

Follow the throttle cable from the cab to the engine. One end is off or a spring is off. It should be a fairly easy fix.
