I agree with the calm approach. I take things the same way...small town, few dealers, keep a good relationship wherever possible. Having said that, for me, the two days without a returned call was the most grevious offense. A new JD is no cheap item...getting it with used tires should garner a little more attention than that. Hopefully it will al pass. Good lcuk!
