HI ,
Iwasnt sure to post here,or in build it youself,so since its not about building any thing...
After using everyone elses all my life,i finally broke down and bought my own set .Reading on TBN told me people liked the VICTORS,and the ....oohhh my gosh i forgot the other one.:)When i was in TSC they had a new kit .the tanks, the cart, gloves ,goggles ,tip cleaners, striker, regulators, cutting tip, brazing tip etc etc.Ialso purchased the #6 rosebud[heating tip].It was the HOBART brand ,but the threads matched. The tanks i exchanged in the THOUROBRED program ,thats why these dont look shiny new.Iknow i probably pay more for my gas ,but the nearest place around to fill them that i know of is 35 miles away, which makes it kind of a hassle, considering they are building a TSC 5 miles from my house.:):):)Ican skip over there on a sunday when i run out of gas and grab another.Cant believe how nice they cut ,and how clean the flame is.Iguess im amazed ,because ive never used brand spankin new ones.
Im hopefull to get good service from this set,for my projects and mechanic needs.Thought id share.Yep guess id better get wifey that dishwasher now:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
ALAN

Nice:) and solid tires to boot, I have 16" bicycle tires that are always flat.I have really long hoses.
Having a O/A setup around to use anytime is so convenient if you do any metal work at all.

uh-oh ya done it now ....yep better get that dishwasher and something else as well cause you know --- you're only getting started....I've found that metal working tools are just like wood working tools....ya dip yer toe in and it isn't long before ya want to jump in the pool. My budget for what I want for my shop only exceeds my annual income by about twice!

I wrap my hoses around the bottles and just lay the torch with the tip in the tray or just hanging between the regulator guages and shutoff valve.

I added 2 "U" hooks on the side of the frame for a striker and goggles or shade 5 sunglasses, I use the shade 5 green sunglasses.
