My New Kubota L3301 TLB

Hello everyone. Just uploaded a video of my new L3301. I do a quick walk around in the video and talk about it some. It is parked next to my L3830 in the video.

Thank you! Yes it seems like a nice tractor especially for the money. Can't beat the HST for loader work. I'll post some more videos later of it working.

Are you selling the L3830? Just wondering why two of the same sized tractors?

No. Even though they look similar the L3830 is quite a bit bigger. It's a 38 horse power gear drive. It runs all my 3 point implements including my log skidder hitch. It's basically a field tractor now. The front loader has a lot more grunt. The L3830 has a lot more power than the L3301. Much smoother running too. It has been used a lot as a loader tractor and the L3301 will take the burden off it except on heavy lift jobs like big storm fall logs, etc.

The L3301 was bought to be a permanent loader backhoe tractor. It is HST and works great for digging in small areas like in sheds and in fence rows. It's actually hardly any bigger than a B2650 but fits me a lot better. Plus it's built heavier. It will also be used to clean horse stalls when the time comes. The front bucket is only 5' wide. It's just a handy little rig. Great for using with a set of skid steer quick attach pallet forks. Good precise control when unloading trucks, moving brush piles and placing equipment.

I also mentioned in the video I had a L2501 and didn't like it. I didn't like it because of excessive engine noise and the exhaust real stunk. Smelled like an old Ford power stroke pickup. It would about make you gag... not good when you are sitting on a backhoe seat on a windless day.
