Danny,

I don't live near Lexington, but I almost did! Is that like staying in a Holiday Inn Express?? /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

It was one of the cities that I was considering applying for a new job about 16 years ago. Based on our research, my wife and I were VERY impressed with the area. In fact, it probably was our #1 choice out of 5 or 6 I was looking at.

So if you're considering moving there, I don't think you'd regret it. Beautiful area with a lot to offer. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Hi Mosey, I'm in Verona, about 45 miles north. I'll be at the horse park next month for the Fall Classic show. You ever get there?

Weep no more my TBN friends, weep no more my friends My Ole Kentucky Home is far away. My Ole KY home is about 1,000 miles away from my current Maine home.

I bet you know where Owenton is. What about Rabbit Hash, Ky.

Gets pretty cold up there in Maine doesn't it. With me it is sort of like baby bears porridge.

I have lived in LIma and Columbus Ohio. Too dang cold in the winter. Buried my whole house in 1978/79!!!

Lived in Tampa Florida for about 7 years, too danged hot, but the winters are nice...well for about 3 months anyway. Plus the water lizzards like to eat my dawgs!!

Kentucky is just right though....Glad to be back. Have lived other places as well but i will not degrade the reputation of some members hometowns by commenting on some locations /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Just a country boy and like it /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

How did you determine it was gone? I looked at all your previous posts, and found it rather quickly.
