Is that the Moose plow setup. If it is, I had one on my Rhino, but it was way to heavy for the front end and pulled it way down even with the rubber inserts on the shock springs. That is why I went to the Yamaha plow which weighs less than half the weight and I put the Moose on my B26. :)

gotcha,

It's an American Eagle 60" country plow. Very nice unit. In the up right position she might sag 1.5" on the front end. I also got RT30 Warn winch.
I waited 2 months to get this, my first order was the Moose but they had problems getting all the parts, then my dealer offer this unit so I got it.

I'm pleased with it so far.

Malvern,
I looked at the 60" plow but It seemes to me that the snow would fall from around the plow and be right directly in the path of the tires making traction a real problem. I went with the 72" plow and it works awesome. As i said before i get ALOT of snow up here on this mountain and my driveway is 2.5 miles. SO, I get plenty of plow time for sure...

I also added an pulley on top of my front pumper and ran the winch cable ( or rope) up over the bumper, through the pulley and then down to the plow. This seems to allow the winch to lift the plow up higher, the winch is not pulling so straight on the plow and the plow seems to creep down alot less when left in the up position.

You can check out anything you ever wanted to know over at UtilityOffroad.com. it is a site dedicated to nothing but RUV owners... tons of great info.

scesnick,

I don't know if the 60" is going to have traction problems or not, I only used it once, go figure living in Ohio.

Great suggestion on the pully, I did modify the plow mount to the Rhino with 2, 3/4 x 2.5" long dia pins with cotter pull pins so I can remove the plow faster. I am also looking into mount rubber wheel instead of the skid shoes.

I need snow to test all this stuff.
