It looks like the tractor is slipping on the grass by the look of the marks on the grass. This only happens when I forget to put the tractor in 4WD when I get to the hilly areas. I'll have to pay more attention from here on out.
It is good that you noticed the slipping before getting in a dangerous situation. :thumbsup: My dad went down a STEEP driveway on pavement towing a ski boat...with a garden tractor. One wheel started spinning backwards...fast....as he was speeding down hill. Somehow he kept it straight and didn't get hurt. If it would have jackknifed he might have been killed. That is when I learned about down hill slippage....when he sped past me.
