i replaced the fuel filter and now it will not run

Very likely air in the fuel line, not uncommon when changing a filter.
Not sure where on the 245, but you've got a manual finger fuel pump somewhere, find it and pump it, may take hundreds of pumps, and keep trying to crank.
I advise having a battery charger nearby or hooked up while doing the cranking.
