My vacation to the mid west

If you went I90 through Gillette you were within about 4 miles of our place. Would have been prettier a month or two ago. We are brown/burned up now. Smokey here now from Montana fires.

We did ride through Gillette as well. Beautiful country.

Yep. It's Kissack. Runs oil field and water service trucks. I see them every day. And it is Jo-Bawbs. He's won many competitions.

We hit 40* leaving Jackson Hole at sunrise and 105* riding through the SDakota Badlands. Also rode up Mt Evans and Pikes Peak.. 14,000 ft.. bikes didn't like it much. Crossing the Beartooth was one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen.

Wyoming still has some wild, rough country. It's a little hidden gem. I have some property up in the Snowy Range Mountains that is still as wild and untouched as it was 200 years ago...

If you are talking about Beartooth Pass, I agree. Wife and I rode that on our honeymoon in 2006. 6 feet of snow on the roadsides in late June. Simply gorgeous.

Yes that's the one I'm talking about. There was still 5-6' of snow on the cold side of the mountain last week.
