I shoulda listened to her, 2 of the loader bolts were gone and another was stripped inside of the loader. Going to have to tap that one out I guess. Anyone know the torque spec for those on the KL401without looking?

I have the smaller KL130 and the bolts are probably smaller too so no torque specs to help you. The one thing you can do and some dealers use it when installing the loader is to use blue loctite on the bolts. I'd take out the others and loctite them. I still put a socket on mine everytime I do service just to check but haven't had any come lose since using loctite. If you tap the hole bigger and wanted to stay with the factory bolt size, you could try a heli-coil. Just a thought. That same thing happened to a friends DK40 and the heli-coil worked fine.

The manual that came with your tractor and loader has the info you seek.

One of mine broke off a few years ago. It removes real easy after shearing. Dont remember torques, but its in manual.

I just checked the manual for my KL451, which is the self-leveling loader for a DH45s. It says the bolts are size M14 but refers to a generic torque chart. That chart says (for M14) 106-127 ft lb for grade 8.8 bolts and 149-179 fy lb for grade 10.7 bolts.
