Yes! After I ground off one of them, I saw that the other one had barely visible flats that I could fit a metric open-end wrench to. So I got one off and am working on the other. I can't (so far) grip it well enough with vice grips to get it out. I'll keep at it. So far, I have not found anyone who has seen such a bolt.
