At our annual rural VFD fundraiser I volunteered to do the nachos. This is the first time we are having nachos and I need some help from the experienced.
I found the gallon cheese, gallon jalapeños, box of chips, and little trays at Sam's.
1. I have a couple of crock pots but do I need them if the outside August temp is 100˚+.
2. How much cheese, jalapeños and chips are needed for 500 trays?
3. What should we charge per serving?
