Can anyone identify the manufacturer and maybe quality this landscape rake? It's used on sale for $300.

Maybe by process of elimination???

It's NOT a King Kutter /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

No, it's not a KK. I've been searching the big brand web sites and can't match a picture. The closest I've come is at the Sweets Tractor site with an IMC Landscape Rake, but I can't find any information on it.

Looks similiar to a J-Bar rake, although I can't remember if J-Bar had the reinforcements going from the cross mast back to the blade carrying arm.

It looks like a lot of the equipment I see being sold out of Sikeston, MO

Just by looking at purely the color I would say Tenn. River, we get some box blades and straight blades from them. This looks like it might be made by them also and the color is dead on.

Gamble77, I think you nailed it. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif I did a Google search and found a "New 7' Rock Landscape Rake --- Red In Color" Manufactured by Tennessee River MFG. Looks just like the one I'm thinking of buying. Starting bid of $350. How is the quality of their products?

Not sure of the brand, but looks like a leinbach economy rake, not particularly heavy duty. The price is probably just average for a new one.

Well, I picked it up for $275. I don't think I got hurt at that price. Looks pretty stout except there isn't a strap to keep the tines in alignment like I've noticed on KK's and others. Should work fine for my purposes.

"Should work fine for my purposes."

That's all that matters.
