Sometimes I like to search the internet for some strange but useful implements for the tractor. Even though I'll probably never get, or need, what I find, sometimes I come across something I would love to have....
So what are some neat implements that you have seen or used? (Pics are always GREAT)
I'm talking about pretty much anything out of the ordinary, you know aside from things like box blades, landscape rakes, post hole diggers and that sort of thing.
One thing I would love but will probably never have would be one of those side brush mowers that you see the town using on the side of the roads sometimes!
/ Neat/unique tractor implements-Front, rear, or side PICS PLEASE :)
One was one of those Genie lift manual pallet lifts, like one of these, Genie Superlift Contractor and welded 3 pt attachments to it and we hang it off the back of the tractor for easy movement over unpaved surfaces (we only lift with it in the down position with it's wheels touching the ground).
Another thing we did, much simpler/ligher/cheaper, is we took one of those cheap pallet forks you mount to the back of the 3pt hitch, flipped it upside down, welded new attachment points, and bolted a wooden platform to it...we need to prune or pick fruit from our pear and plum trees? We just back the platform up to it and we have access to the full height of the tree, safer than a ladder and quicker to move around if you keep someone in the operating seat while the trimmer/picker person goes to work.
