Need 3point lift capacity for 1100D\'s - 1300D\'s?

I'm looking to buy a small tow vehicle something that could pick up around 1000 lbs approx 3-4" off the ground i'm needing as small as possible looking at 1100D or 1300D anyone know the lifting specs?

Also is the 4wd on these real small ones effective? and does it have limited slip front axle? thanks..

Thanks in advance

I don't have specific info about the 1100 or the 1300.. but keep in mind that these are 'riding lawnmower' sized machines... I doubt the 1100 weighs much more than 1k#.

Question for you.. you mention this as a 'tow' vehicle. Is the 3pt going to actually have to lift 1k# of tounge weight.. or is the total towed load 1k# that will be also partially supported by a trailer axle and the trailer tounge at the tractor.

For what it's worth.. on my ym1700.. when I was lifting 5-600 lbs.. my front end needed a couple hundred pounds of weight, as the front end would come off the ground.

Neither of those models will safely lift that much weight. You need something in the 25hp range or bigger and it better have some serious front weight. What are you trying to pull? If it is a boat or a plane you can use a tow bar that has it own tires and use a 1300D to tow that.

The 4wd is effective and is a non locking differential, 4wd is at its best when the tires actually touch the gorund /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

It is actualy going to be pulling a hi-performance pulling tractor that weights 2000# if i break the front wheels off i was going to use it to lift it off the front end off the ground a little.. In posting i was thinking of the weight of the engine which is about 1200#...

Actualy alot of the weight will be transfered back to the rear wheels of the tractor to be lifted..

You can see pics at www.tpull.freeurl.com or minimod.freeurl.com..

This would be a worst case use.. I was just wondering alot of tractors have specs like 1000# at 24" lift etc.. My hinomoto e2004 will lift 600# easily it weights 2K lbs and is 24hp..

I was wondering on the YM1700 how big of a tractor is that as far as hp and weight? I was originaly going to buy a 1700 but i fell in love with a hino e2004 now i'm going after a yanmar..

I believe my YM 1700 is going to weight pretty close to 1584 lbs. And should have 20 to 21 hp. Some say 20 and some say 21. 17 hp for the PTO.
