Beowulf, you need to get the dealer to look at this problem AND EXPLAIN what is going wrong.
You have not said how many hours you added, but I don't think you are out of WARRENTY PERIOD, so use it . There is no excuse for a near new tractor to "creeping" on hills.
The next time the tractor creeps, it could be a write off. If you don't document your actions to fix the problem, (tbn,and dealer) the insurance may not pay out.
redman, way out of warranty period. Tractor is not new - bought in 2003. Apparently this is not uncommon given the experiences of others who have posted here. I have - as some have advised - checked the draw-down on the brakes separately - they are even, and have looked at adjustments but so far nothing found that I can figure out to do.

I agree totally that I need to get it fixed. I posted here as a first effort as I typically get a lot of good feedback - and see that others have similar issues. The last time I managed to 'hook' the FEL bucket around a tree. But clearly, dropping the rear box and the FEL and the brakes together won't do the job on an incline. It is a PITA in those situations when I am in the hills and have to get off to work and have few parking options. I will figure it out - assuming there is a solution. Thanks for responding.
