I've got a sump pump pit in one corner of my basement. There wasn't a pump in it when we moved in about 2011. The basement is a walk out and the one time we had a pipe leak and water covered the floor it barely made it to the pit.
Have not seen it overflow yet.
BUT it does often have about 3 inches of standing water in it after heavy rains.
Can anyone recommend a small reliable sump pump.

I asked similar back in this https://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/rural-living/402166-any-recommendations-small-sump-pump.html thread, but that was for a different house. Here I only need to pump a few gallons up about 3 feet.
