I just showed that to show what is available in his area and price. it does have a loader though. There's not much in his area on Craigslist or Tractorhouse.

"There's not much in his area"

That is why I suggested that he go to look at the RK tractors.
RK is not far from him.

This is 400 miles away, but maybe if you keep looking ....

That could be a good deal for the OP.....especially if he could get it for 8K or less.
18.7HP at PTO would run a 4' tiller in the light Florida soil too.
It would seem that ALL dealers might be hard pressed for sales right now.
Maybe call: and offer $7,800 or won't bother to make the 400 mile trip.

I agree, a subcompact would be best and with careful shopping you might get by for 7k. In my area Kubota BX tractors are very common as well as JD 1 series.

What about used? I am small here in Texas and I bought a used Power King garden tractor 2414 for my small yard. I mow and plow my garden. I have a small dump trailer, cultivator, and box blade also. When I mow I don't want a front end loader on my garden tractor as it sticks out too much. The Power King 1614 garden tractor probably would be more common to find used. I only paid a $1000 for my tractor. They may be a little higher now days. It is stout enough that I can move my boat and tandem axle trailer around in my yard whereas a lot of lawn mowers cannot. With my yard being so small I don't want to smell diesel so I want a small gas garden tractor. If I had more acreage I would want a diesel for all the work it can do but since I am around 1 acre I don't need diesel. I just start and stop my garden tractor a lot as I don't like the noise either. I guess I should add the Power King garden tractors use full size batteries so start and stop is not a problem.

You have just identified an OP problem.
He is not in your area!
In HIS area (East coast of Florida) used SCUT's are very rare.
