Need Advice on FEL Valve Replacement

I have a 2005 2615HST with ML-106 FEL and 3710 BH

The front end loader control valve (Nimco 10373-2S) is needing replaced. I am thinking about building a stack from Surplus Center ... or if you know someplace better let me know ... I am not a hydraulic expert by any stretch.

I am thinking I want a 4 spool Open Center with/Power Beyond.

Spool 1: DA Cylinder with Float (Raise, Lower and Float bucket)
Spool 2: DA Cylinder Spring Centered (Dump and Curl bucket) ... do I want with detents?
Spool 3: DA Cylinder Spring Centered (Front remote/Grapple/Brush grabber tool) ... do I want with detents?
Spool 4: DA Cylinder Spring Centered (Rear remote/Snow plow) ... do I want with detents?

What size Inlet, Outlet, Power Beyond and Work ports are on the existing Nimco 10373? I can't find hardly any information on that valve assembly.

Can I just get a 3 spool and plumb T fittings going forward and backward to the 3rd spool if I only plan on using one or the other anyways?

An FEL loader control valve isn’t a stack style and trying to do that (separate levers) would drive you nuts. If the valve needs to be replaced just find one that will flow at least 8-10 gpm. Getting the factory valve will, no doubt cost more but you won’t be fabing brackets and possibly adapting hydraulic fittings.

From the power beyond line (pressure leaving the valve) you can then add another valve or 10 for whatever you want to control. They make electric valves and switches that go on the FEL joystick for and easy grapple/snow plow/etc control. You could also add stacked valves for something off the 3 point.

I understand about third functions. I just figured that if I needed to replace the whole assembly I might as well put a 3 spool in and have it all together....the cost of an add-on third function kit is more than a new 3 spool valve. I had not seen that specific video tho ... thanks.

Your proposed plan would work - it’s just abnormal to have separate levers for lift and curl of the FEL. Maybe they make a joystick style stacking valve- I’ve never seen one though.
