Snow Equipment Buying/Pricing need advice on snowblowers

/ need advice on snowblowers #11
Just me I just don't like the idea of clearing 300' drives with a walk behind blower. Our drive is not that long, about 240' range I think. When I was trying to decide what I wanted for snow removal, I borrowed my dad's 28" blower. I knew pretty quickly that a wb-blower was not for me.
How big are the turn arounds? That is one area where you will chew up alot of time.
But if you really want a wb-blower, and you have all that you need to do. I would absolutely get the BIGGEST and baddest blower they sell, no questions asked.

My only advice is to by a 10 hp with about a 28 inch cut. I had an MTD for 10+ years and liked it better than the fancy orange one that I bougt from Home Depot. A walk behind is a very capable piece of equipment and you can do a very neat job, better than any truck and plow. Clear the step and porch and many customers will love your work. You don't need expensive equipment to do a great job.
