This is my first post here but I have been around reading post for a while, so hello guys and girls!!!

Now on to my delima....
I have owned 2 Mahindra tractors, a 2810 with FEL and currently a 4500 2wd with FEL.
I really liked the 2810 4wd. It was the perfect tractor my small acreage plus my hunting plots, bushogging and disking.
Problem was,My wife and I owned an Outdoor Power Eqpt store and needed to unload some heavy mowers [zero turn] off of trucks quite frequently and the 2810 just wasnt up to it.. So we steped up to the 4500. It will DEFINATELY pick up some weight.
Well, we recently sold our business and I Feel the 4500 is too much tractor for me. I am really uncomfortable hauling it with my 1/2 ton chevy. I do have an 18 foot trailer with brakes thought. It also is very akward in the woods or on small trails!!!

I have had the tractor for sale for a few weeks now, but not much interest. Maybe I am too high. Here is the scooop on it

Bought new by me Jan 14 2006
85 hours
Most of those hours were spent on concrete unloading 18 wheelers
Included is a set of adjustable pallet forks that go on when you remove the bucket.
I am askin 14,500.00 for the rig.
Am I too high????????

I really want another tracto in the 2810 range with fel. Used but in good shape would be great.

Any advise on this matter will be greatly appreciated!!!!!

$14,500 is about what a new tractor runs, and it comes with less hours, is newer and has a low interest rate to boot.

Jeff, look at the 2615. Evidently when put on the dynomometer, it shows and output of close to 30hp.

With current aggressive programs being offered by all the manufacturers, for anyone who is in a position to finance, it's awfully hard to beat buying brand spanking new. Used prices need to reflect that reality.

I agree Dougster. I searched for nearly 2 years for a tractor. Looked at used CUT's and new CUT's. What I found is that there was only 1k-2k difference in price between new and used.

I went and bought new. Financing rates are much better on new Tractors. Such as 0%
