Need Advise on relocating hyd ports

I have a 445 John Deere that has the hyd ports below the cab on the left side. I would like to put couplers on the back end so i could use other implements. I have long hoses that go to the back but quite often i find this frustrating to install as i have to run them under the tractor. Any ideas what to do. I still need the front ones for my loader and blade attachments.

depending on your quick connects you could tee into each line and run hoses to the back, instead of plugging in and running hoses each time, i am guessing your using the loader valve to control your rear emplement? I installed a third function electric valve for a grapple on my FEL, and ran a set of hoses teed off to the back works good
