Hello I have a field king 55 gal. 3ph sprayer and I want to upgrade the control module. The old one would fluctuate the psi too much and weather started breaking parts.
I have an Electric Control system that uses 3 solenoid valves and an electric regulator for psi control but it was designed for sprayers with 15-100 gpm pumps and my sprayer has a 1.8 gpm pump.
Also my sprayer uses 3/8" hose and the solenoid valves have a 3/4" fitting and the regulator uses 1" fitting so I know I have to use adapters.
What would happen when I connect it all up and run it? would it work properly? what could end up happening?
I'm hoping it will work cause I got it on special order (thought it would be for sprayers that were smaller than 15 gpm) and there is a 15% restocking fee and at $500 I really hope it will work.
