I have just aquired a 1993 John Deere 375B skid steer. I need to paint it and put on new decales. Most of the old decals are gone or unreadable. I have a manual ordered and hope it will give me some placement info. Anyone that can give me any info on this machine would be greately appriceated. The machine runs great and I would like to keep it that way. I am a newbe with a skid steer and need all the help I can get.

Thanks
Johnnier

Welcome to the forum.
Pictures of your skidsteer would be great. The decals should be available at a Deere dealer, as well as the placement of them.
Sure would like to see a pic of that before you 're-do' it, as well as after.

Thanks for the reply
If you know a JD dealer who will return telephone messages or emails I would be glad to hear from them.
I am in south Florida and am having no luck with them or the JD web sight.
This is my first post and I will try to figure out how to get a picture posted
Thanks again
Johnnie

Hi! are you sure it is a 375B? They made a 375 and a 675B, but I am not familiar with a 375B. The decals are available through John Deere although they don't offer it in a kit form anymore. You need to order the individual decals you need. I work at a dealer in Maryland. You can contact our parts dept through our website at www.finchinc.com. Let me know if they don't get back with you.

Thanks for waking me up. No wonder I do not get any response. I apologise to all.
Yes it is a 675B sorry for the typeo
I received a responce from Nortrax eq. co. and they said that the kits were no longer available but I might be able to get some of the individual ones.
I will try your company. I do not mind paying for shiping.
Know where I can find out about proper color paint?
Thanks again
Johnnie

This is just a sugestion /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Why bother, its not going on display is it? Get a pin striper and have them throw some lines on if you want ot break up the color. That would still look better than decals IMO. My vote is if your gonna paint it, do that and save the decal money.
Besides if you can only get some then you would have to go to a sign shop and have the others made. You could have a sign shop do them all.
I dont know, ever since the car go faster with stickers craze the last thing I want to see are stickers /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Again JMO good luck on what ever you choose /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

I am not a lover of decales and bumper stickers, and I am not making a restoration for show.
However, I am a lover of safety info and the decales give that, especially if others opperate the equipment.
Thanks

jd110, I hope you don't work at the Eldersburg location. It is not a store that I could recomend to anyone based on the experience I had there. If you want more info, PM me.
