need gizmo for parade

Hi every one.was at a small town parade while back and saw this gizmo being pulled behind a tractor. It seemed to be some type of hay rake (newer style, kind of like a star tedder) with figures on it spinning around waving. Does anyone have any plans or ever built something of the sort for a parade? I'm just looking for some ideas for our little parade here in town. Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated

Could you contact the small towns parade coordenator(sp) and see if he knows the person who was pulling that gizmo!
