I found it locally on Craig's list. Had to drive 3 hrs. to get it and load on my trailer but thought it was well worth it for the negotiated price of $800. Have been looking at CL for a long time and based on what drill prices were, I felt like I did well. It works as is but it definitely could use those bushings.
Have several things in mind from grain sorghum, millets, to wheat. Have an impoundment and dove field that will be getting an assortment of seed. Getting anxious to get started.
Some snow?:laughing:I've been broadcasting too and yes, it's a little expensive and time consuming doing about 15 acres. Won't have to drill that much this year as I should have a good crop of moist soil vegetation in half of it. Already getting some germination now. Wow, hard to believe you guys still have some snow on the ground!
